I'd be at the gate. There are two empty seats so the two in front of you will get it. If there is just one no show and you're on board.

am here, waiting!;)

I believe my shortest is NAS-ELH

colpuck Mar 14, 2010 8:16 pm

my shortest was HOU-IAH, on a CO B1900 and a DL CR9

ConciergeMike Mar 14, 2010 8:20 pm

Hmmm....shortest flight. MJX to somewhere else in South Jersey, in my father's Piper Cherokee.

sbm12 Mar 14, 2010 8:23 pm

Shortest for me is TZA-BZE. All of 9 miles. SPR-CUK was a close second at 13 miles on the same trip.

Thank you.

My shortest flight was SRQ-TPA, which is longer than many of the others cited, but at least it was mainline (a UA 737 or 727, sometime in the early '80s).

Happy Birthday from here, too!

My short flights were on the largest aircraft in the carriers' fleet at the time. Does that count for anything?? :p

I may have come up with a use for my BA voucher. We're looking at hitting up the Shetland Islands in June as an anniversary trip. I can get reward flights to/from London and Scotland just fine for the dates I want. And then I can use the voucher for the rather exorbitantly priced FlyBE service to LSI. Flights from London are code-shared on BA so it should work.
