Ya... we can smell you from yesterday!!

After living alone for almost three years and now living with people in the same house all I have to say is: "I want a Fin Job so I can rent my own place and have my privacy back!!"

People I am staying with are great but I can only take so much!!

Evening, Box.

Sorry to hear about all the water/storm related problems for Box buds Olton Hall and belynch. I hope things settle down for you soon.

We spent the entire day painting the living room and dining room. All this because we have new LR furniture on order, and the designer picked out new paint colors.

Mostly done now... just need to do some touch-up tomorrow. We have furniture strewn around the first floor - I hate this much disorder in my life!

Next time... we are hiring painters. :-:

(And by painters, I don't mean a box-painting party... )

(I would trust jrzyshawn though)

No tripit groups yet

I'm working on it. They seem to think that the groups are only for businesses that share one email domain. I'm trying to see if there is a good workaround or if I'm going to be supplying everyone who wants to join an alias at millerworks.net just to get enrolled in the group. We'll see how it goes.

I can provide other domain/s as well, some more generic if you don't want to give one of your private domains.

Could do on rolleye.com ;)

I had forgotten how good the beer in New Zealand is. I'm enjoying a Black Mac from Mac's Brewery in Wellington. They don't just do wine right here. ^

However, everything else is far superior on NZ since with the UA first seat come the same old UA FAs and the crappy food. It is hard to beat the service that you get from the NZ crews and the food is actually not bad for being in an airplane.

And the lounges, fuhgeddaboudit. Even the UA FC lounges at JFK and LAX are not up to the standards of the Koru Lounges although it is a blessing not to be condemned to the RCCs.

I am a side or stomach sleeper, so totally flat works best for me. This was my first time sleeping in the herringbone-style flat seat (rode it on SYD-AKL, but didn't convert it to a bed). I like being able to prop my back against the divider while I sleep on my side. I got a full eight hours of snoozing in on NRT-AKL last night. ^

Other than Fosters () I don't know that I've ever tried Aussie beer. I plan to remedy that this week.

I'm drinking a James Boags Premium Lager from Tasmania as we speak. Great beer.

For cheap Aussie beer, I like Carlton Cold. Stay away from VB and XXXX (fourex)

My favorite is Cooper's Unfiltered.

I will never forget that the first time I tasted it was on a recommendation from an Aussie in the QF Lounge and I was barely finished with it when we were all unceremoniously thrown out in the famous (to FT) QF Lounge Incident.
