I had to contact the Insider about a problem I was having. I was trying to book the S/O a reward ticket to Asia with a stopover and I was getting a big fat INP. I was trying EWR-HKG-PVG-NRT-EWR.

EWR-HKG (CO)/HKG-PVG (FM)/PVG-NRT-EWR (CA/CO)

After reading Scott's reply to me, I thought it was a no-go, but someone from CO called me today to update me with the status and inform me that they were able to manualy ticket it and I just had to call them back to pay the additional taxes. ^

Thanks C:)

Both kids started reading in kindergarden.

I was a very early reader - was reading by age 3. both of my girls were late readers. Both were interested in being read TO, but didn't want to read themselves. But, then, at age 6, it was like a lightbulb turning on. One day they couldn't read, the next they were reading way above grade level. Go figure! My eldest, by then end of first grade, was reading at 5th grade level. My youngest is in 2nd grade now, and is reading at 4th grade level.

Always encourage reading. it's the biggest gift a child can have.

Darn this rain. It has been raining all day in NJ. Cold, wet and miserable.

Lake Brit is now probably a lake again ...:( Haven't been over to look today, too depressing to think about....:(

Off to pick up Mr.Brit shortly from the station, and then heading over to a friends house to grill rib-eye steaks. Yummmmmmmmy!

What was the justification for INP?

There doesn't appear to be anything at all wrong with the routing.

The Shanghai air segment would not price out and ticket. Our person on the inside at CO said that they do not have a redemption agreement in place with FM, yet, but maybe that was bad information, a misunderstanding or that changed since yesterday.

Edit. I was told if I select another partner airline, to call back and add in the HKG-PVG segment that they would get it ticketed. Since our time was going to be very limited and I did not want to make connections for that segment, so the s/o was going to just put the HKG-PVG flight on CX on his expense report.

I am glad CO called before the s/o purchased a non-refundable ticket for the troubled segment. :-:

Not up to doing games. Some of the Fark modified headlines were funny. Funny animals was good for the short time it took to look through it.

Was feeding the little one an afternoon snack, and I heard propellers. Loud! Turned to look and saw this taking off from HOU:
