FAIL. That is a 12 minute operation max on early morning flight days. That gets you 33 extra minutes of sleep. :-:

They're just dandy for international courier service but the model for regular mail doesn't really work at that scale. |

Yes, because charging regular rates that no one would regularly pay for mail delivery is a great business model. ;)

So I sortof got offered a real job tonight. The guy - a partner I've been working with off and on for almost 2 years - asked me to name my number so they could put it in the budget for next year. I'm not so sure I want a real job. Is that wrong?
On the plus side, the job would be about 60-70% travel, albeit mostly domestic. |

Has the upgrade list on CO.Com changed?
Has anyone noticed that M ups (and by inference the B and Y ups as well) are not listed as upgrades on the First Class upgrade list anymore? When did this change occur on CO.com at the upgrade site?

Time to hit the sack, Box. Let's see if the cars move tomorrow. My hunch is no.
Night, all. |

You've obviously never worked customer support in the IT world. The number of calls I've taken that essentially consist of people yelling at me because they yelled at their computer for some period of time and it didn't change its ways it more than I care to recall.

I believe that happened when they did the last round of fare bucket changes.

I used to get yelled at over something by hotel guests, make what they were screaming about happen for them, and then get a profuse apology for having yelled in the first place.
