I was thinking the same thing, but did not say as much, because I thought it was just my ineptness when it comes to adobe apps.

not a thing I make claims to knowing how to utilize properly!

I think it's the older versions of Lightroom that have issues with larger imports. My catalog issue bothers me though, because it should be able to handle it.

I might be getting to the airport about the two hour prior point if the roads are just ok.

Another FT person was reporting the same strange thing for the same EWR-ATL flight that I'm on. I guess I need to break out the FT tag....

I have EWR-ATL on Friday morning  and as of yet there are no issues and I do not think that there will be.

However, I need to be able to get to a series of meetings in NJ (Millburn and New Brunswick) on Thursday before I can leave town.

The snow is now coming down heavily and sideways right now in Manhattan although there was only an inch or two on the ground a couple of hours ago when I first looked. It is starting to mount up.

We got at least 3 inches of snow since I posted that earlier. I had to drive to work because the Swiss across the pond can't stay past 5 PM

It is coming down much harder here as well.

I got to go into my wife's office to pick up her laptop for her so she could work at home today; no way I was letting her try to navigate this mess on crutches. The avenues are pretty clear and I saw a fleet of garbage trucks running a tandem plow up Hudson. But the snow is definitely picking up in volume and the winds are annoying.

Paging Mr. sdm1130, there's an app waiting for you: http://herefilefile.com/

I had to stumble downstairs to boot up my machine. I got to work 5 min. if anyone is monitoring the network traffic. :-:

I just downloaded the Lightroom 3 beta and imported an iPhoto Library with around 2k pics with no issue.

Now, sorting them is the real challenge. ;)

I am becoming more and more attracted to Aperture.

I get the NY TV stations on my satellite. I can see video/pictures of LGA. Nothing is moving on the ground, except for plows.

Remember, all the stuff we're seeing this morning is the "light stuff". The heavy punch comes a bit later in the day.

Good , box... from the SEA RCC. Using the SEA free wifi instead of tmobile here. :D

UA386 SEA-DEN was downgauged from a 752 to a 320... lost my aisle seat, and wound up getting a middle seat in the next to last row. I should start a thread in the UA forum demanding compensation. ;)

Talked to the nice lady here at the RCC, politely explained the situation, she looked and found there were only middle seats left, but one on the exit row, which is of course E+. Yeah, I'll take that.

See ya'll from DEN here in a few hours.

Congrats to Trustguy on his recent promotion! ^^

Dinner at Wolfgang was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Looks like a few made it out to MEM around 2200-2300 which is where your package should have been headed.
