Where do I complaint?

I was on the Continental website to try and find a number or link to submit a complaint. Any idea where or how to do this?

Last week was our first time flying Continental. They boast about the best service in the industry, and they even have a banner above the ticket agent at the airport that makes claim to pillows, blankets and meals... cutting edge!

Well, what a disapointment! I have been on Spirit, NWA and most AC flights with supoerior and friendlier service! On the last leg from CLE to BUF, the flight attendant counted pax at the beginning of the flight and never got out of his seat after that... not even assuring pax are prepared for approach and landing. No beverage service... notta! Also, english was definitely his second language and my wife and I could barely understand a word he said!

First and Last time for CO!

What is his primary language do you think ?
I have a friend who admit his English sounds like a second language but in fact it is his primary and the only language.

Seriously, you can find "Contact Us" link on every page of Continental.com, then another click of "Customer Care" will lead you to
this page.

CLE-BUF is mostly flown on ERJ. Not sure if your flight was still ExpressJet or Chatauqua. ExpressJet is widely considered the best regional carrier in the country, and most of us here will not want people to complain to CO that an XJET flight is not good. Because the alternatives are much worse.

And BTW, how were your other legs in the journey? You didn't mention those.

I'm so glad this was not another vanilla sundae complaint, or a "I've already reached the highest level, what else can I get to keep me as a customer"

I would examine my own English grammar before accusing someone else of speaking like it was their second language.

I can assume that Spanish is not your first language.

CLE-BUF?

Lucky you got a plane.

All in fun my friend.

It's really too bad that you did not have a good experience on CO. I cannot understand how you could possibly suggest Spirit is beter.

Just today, my son (16) was flying NAS-LGA on Spirit. Spirit got him as far as FLL, and cancelled his flight. For a brief time, we were unsure whether Spririt would be able to get him to the NYC area tonight, which would have been a problem, since we are flying tomorrow on CO from EWR-PEK, so that he can compete in the Asian X Games. They refused to find his luggage so he could switch to CO. Had he not been a minor, I'm not sure they would have forced him onto their later flight.

Ultimately, he made it to LGA a few hours late, and after spending just 10 minutes in the terminal there, I promise I will never complain about EWR again.

I think that if a person has decided to move on to another carrier, the problem is solved. What's the point of complaining?

Very interesting feedback from all angles. You can identify those that hold CO near and dear to them, this is not a personal attack on you (unless you are a shareholder).

it is just I had never experienced anything like it. As for the other legs, two were very average in the service dept. and the fourth was better then average service with less the average friendliness.

All I could find on the CO website are FAQ's. I will try the numbers above, thanks.

I guess I am loyal to the *A, and more specifically AC. But there will ALWAYS be times that other carriers will be needed. I understand that some here may have had a bad experience with AC, please do voice your opinion to unsure it is improved upon for ALL of it's PAX.

Changes, improvements, and enhancement will never happen unless experiences, both positive and negative, are voiced.

I am a shareholder and proud of it. Doesn't bother me at all.

Hello,

I'm a relative newbie to FT and therefore speak with no authority on CO air travel compared to many here in this forum, however, while I too have experienced rather poor service (OAK to IAH), I have found redeeming and very positive experiences on other flights (IAH to BOS) on the aforementioned complete trip which was OAK-IAH-BOS. If you've got an axe to grind against somebody for egregious behavior, you should use the online comment forms to email [email protected] and/or consider calling into CO corporate and asking for the office of David Grizzle, their SVP Customer Experience. Myself, it was a compliment for outstanding service received at the President's Club Lounge in Boston by an agent.

Best of luck in getting the matter resolved to your satisfaction and I'm sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. For me, having worked 18 years in retail, I understand that there certain levels of service to expect from those in the service industry. At the same time, I also realize that those people are just like you and me, and they are only human, and therefore, likely to embody all of the behaviors that people typically find either annoying or refreshingly pleasant.

And I hope that regardless of what airline you fly, you have good travel experiences going forward.

"Where do I complaint?"

Perhaps start with your second grade English teacher?

"Very interesting feedback from all angles. You can identify those that hold CO near and dear to them, this is not a personal attack on you (unless you are a shareholder)."

I am a shareholder since September 2001 and I am very happy. However I still have a lot of gripes against CO.

"it is just I had never experienced anything like it. As for the other legs, two were very average in the service dept. and the fourth was better then average service with less the average friendliness.......

....I guess I am loyal to the *A, and more specifically AC. But there will ALWAYS be times that other carriers will be needed. I understand that some here may have had a bad experience with AC, please do voice your opinion to unsure it is improved upon for ALL of it's PAX....."

I am a PremierExec on UA and I have encountered just as bad service, if not even worse. UA's only saving grace is E+.

"All I could find on the CO website are FAQ's. I will try the numbers above, thanks."

If you log on to Continental.com, in the top right you will see a link "Contact Us." (http://www.continental.com/web/en-US...lt.aspx?POS=US) . If you click on that, about 1/3 down the page you have a slew of phone numbers including customer care

Frequently Used Phone Numbers:
For travel reservations to cities in the U.S. 50 states and Mexico: 800.523.FARE (800.523.3273)
For travel reservations to cities in other international destinations: 800.231.0856
For hearing impaired reservations assistance (TTD/TT): 800.343.9195
For baggage information: 800.335.BAGS (800.335.2247)
For OnePass frequent flyer assistance: 713.952.1630 (Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Central Time)
For automated flight arrival and departure information: 800.784.4444
To tell us what you think: 800.WE.CARE2 (800.932.2732)
A complete list of links to additional contact information can be found below.

"Changes, improvements, and enhancement will never happen unless experiences, both positive and negative, are voiced."

Constructive criticism is good. Whinning is just petty.
