I am a shareholder since September 2001 and I am very happy. However I still have a lot of gripes against CO.

....I guess I am loyal to the *A, and more specifically AC. But there will ALWAYS be times that other carriers will be needed. I understand that some here may have had a bad experience with AC, please do voice your opinion to unsure it is improved upon for ALL of it's PAX....."

I am a PremierExec on UA and I have encountered just as bad service, if not even worse. UA's only saving grace is E+.

If you log on to Continental.com, in the top right you will see a link "Contact Us." (http://www.continental.com/web/en-US...lt.aspx?POS=US) . If you click on that, about 1/3 down the page you have a slew of phone numbers including customer care
