Anyone know what the FC meal service is like from IAH-SFO? I'm looking at a flight from IAH to SFO that departs IAH at 11:30 AM. It says the meal service is only a snack, but on a 4+ hour flight, I'd expect something a bit more substantial.

Well the only time I get upgraded on that route is the late night flight (9.10pm or so). The new FC plate is nice, but still cold meats, shrimp and cheese.

Correction: It now says "Lunch."

FWIW, I just flew a 1:05pm EWR-FLL, CO#301, that was listed on my itinerary as "snack", and lo and behold, they served "lunch". CO Insider, can you please try and get the scheduling department to coordinate with the catering department?!?
