List updated as of today. Thanks to everyone who has responded!
Might it be possible for everyone to post their arrival date and time so I can try to arrange a convenient reservation? I am shooting for 18:00 reservations on Saturday and ??:?? on Friday for those enjoying CLE for the weekend.

Not likely will be coming in on Friday. I'll be beaming in Saturday from a red eye but have some friends to see in the morning. So anytime after 1400 hours Saturday is fine with me.

A little Pre-Do Do
I'm in for Friday (+ evening)
I simply can not make Saturday's festivities.
Will have transportation for up to 4 others.
Perhaps congregate at the PClub and enjoy their libations until such time as we decide where to go/what to DO.
Let's see.............the Pclub opens on Friday at........................

I just confirmed a private room for our group at the 100th Bomb Group Restaurant in the Churchill Room. Our reservations for 25 are at 6:00PM on Saturday October 21, 2006. There will only be a small setup charge for the room as long as we exceed $175 in expenditures (and with this group I am sure it will not be an issue). We also have some flexibility should others decide to attend the event.

The thought of missing this DO has been following me around all month...
Well, the guilt has gotten the best of me, so by chance I was looking at the airfares to CLE for the DO this morning, and I see that they dropped by almost $120 from IAH. :-:
You know what? I found my fingers mysteriously entering in flights and dates to CLE,
then they entered in my CC # ....and lo and behold, I now have a confirmed flight to this event! 
And a room at the HGI!
Now, I'm working on 1 ticket to the Browns-Broncos game on Sunday since I'm not leaving until Monday morning.
My trip to Buenos Aires fell through, and I'm glad, because I would have had to fly AA
(company trip). MBM3, please re-add theblakefish (all lower case, and in italics, please) to the attendee list.
I'm awaiting smark-arse replies from poor and starving students in Houston and Sac-town shortly. See y'all there!!!
