I have mixed opinions on the new style. The SkyTeam Elite/Plus logo and text is smaller than before - would have liked bigger text - since the best use of the card is for international travel.

Maybe these are being processed alphabetically by name or first letter of your onepass account.

Still waiting on the West Coast and I really need the card by next Thursday or I'm going to be waiting in some long check-in lines in Europe.

I am in SFO and I got my CO 2006 credentials yesterday (3/6). It was kind of a disappointment when it finally arrived (NW still gives luggage tags, but not CO I guess). And CO's was only 1 week late, which makes you wonder if they could have had it to us by 3/1 if they got their act together. It wasn't late because it was an extra special package of carefully crafted benefits put together for us, that's for sure!

Gold card arrived here in Houston yesterday. Still waiting for two silver cards. Not just the West Coast have to wait.
On the possitive note, got 4 drink coupons with the gold card. Can't wait to see how many with the silver.

I think Continental has been negligent in their obligations regarding this matter. Having earned Elite status and not yet having a card in my hand, I feel is somewhat like receiving a partial paycheck. I know if I'm flying Continental there's no problem, but what about flying on other SkyTeam carriers? I tried to call the OnePass service center this afternoon, but a recording advised me that my call would be answered "in about 11 minutes" and I didn't have time to wait that long. Why doesn't Continental address this issue on their website and say something to the effect of: "Due to (whatever reason), there may be a delay in the receipt of your Elite card. Continental has contacted our partner airlines and have requested that they extend SkyTeam Elite benefits to holders of our 2005 Elite cards through March 31"? Or maybe something like, "Don't worry, our partner airlines are able to determine that you are SkyTeam Elite by simply entering your OnePass number in their systems.... you need not present a card to receive benefits". Is it too much to ask that Continental keep us informed about something of such importance?

If it's still relevant, I got my Gold card on Monday, 3/6 (in DC).

My husband got his last week -- and his onepass account starts with "H."
Still waiting for mine and my son's (same last names) -- one is a "C" and one is a "U."

I got my gold card yesterday along with the 4 drink coupons. The brochure says I can standby for an international upgrade within 2 hour window. Does this ever work?
