Disappointed with Onepass!
I attained silver status in November, but nerver understood what all the complaints were about with the new onepass program. Well now I do, I continued my weekly trip from ewr to buf and pay whatever is available online or sometimes call. When I checked my account it didn't show all of my segments or miles and when I called I learned the harsh truth. The representive said if you don't book online or pay a certain fair you don't get accredited with the miles/segments. I don't understand all this B,T,U,Y etc. far's b/c I simply purchase whatever is available without much consideration to price. I just can't believe that I can pay for a flight and have it not count towards my miles/segments?????

Such is life in 2004. CO, DL and NW "discount" miles or segments based on low fare classes.
CO will give full credit for co.com online purchases, and NW only holds back segment credit (not EQM) on low fares. I'm not sure that there's any way "around" Delta's policies.
