I happen to be at the Microsoft PDC conference in LA this week and I ran in to one of the CO developers on the bus to the convention center the other day -- pretty nice guy. I mentioned that I was a frequent traveller and that the site was overall pretty good but had a few, rather annoying, quirks. He seemed to take it pretty well considering I'm pretty sure he didn't want to talk to me at all. And he did mention that things like the code-shares not showing aren't technical problems.

And I third Channa's suggestions of Focus Groups. WIth the top people giving us as much of their time, they should get something out if it. It could be small groups in breakout rooms or even giving everyone in the room a bunch of the hand held rf devices that allow everyone to push thier own button to answer a question.

I doubt that there would be a chance for everyone to "fly" a sim, but how about a contest with say 5-6 winners who could be selected from all of those who will be attending and each would get 1/2 hour or so?

I'd love to have a picture of myself standing in a 777 engine at maintenance as well. Perhaps this type of picture taking session could be incorporated?

We could probably do a thread with suggestions for focus group topics to give them some ideas of what we think might be of interest to them.
