Brainstorm Logistics & CO - Anyone Else Have Problems Getting Their Stuff?
I ordered three Sabatier knife sets through CO.com (in the "miles for merchandise" section of the site) on January 11th. It took them 6 weeks to deliver the first two sets and I still have not received the last set (although they deducted a total of 3300 miles from my account immediately).
Now, three months later, I am wondering if anyone else on Flyertalk has had a negative experience with Brainstorm Logistics and their fulfillment process (as I have heard that they work with a number of different airlines as well as American Express, etc.)?

I used rewards points though American Express to get a digital camera for my daughter for Christmas. The camera I received was not the item I ordered. No paper work in the box. I found an address on the outside of the box, tracked it down though the internet and called them. They made it seem like it was my fault, my printed paper work from Am Ex doesn't lie. They issued a call tag for UPS to pick it up. No word from them since pick up on 12/30. I just called, 2/9, to find out status of the replacement item and the rep said, "the item was not suitable for stock". WTH! I said we never even opened the box. Some babble about crediting back to Am Ex. I haven't contacted Am Ex yet so we'll see. Whatever. This company blows... The world revolves around service, and only good service for repeat business. Good luck to them. This is my 3rd bad experience dealing with east coast companies in the last 4 years. I'll pay a little more and not deal with their attitudes!!

This is a six year old thread and the last post (which resurrected it) has nothing to do with Continental except that (I guess) it is one of their partners.
