New Continental Dictionary
As I travel DL and CO on nearly equal intervals, the FlyerTalkers there have asked me to compile a dictionary of CO terms similar to GG's DL page.... in particular for Delta fliers.
I've just completed it in its crudest form today. I'd like you DL Flyertalkers' insight on whether or not I need to simplify the site more, or if there's anything you dont understand:
concordeBoy.tripod.com/continental/onepass.html
Note that more graphics and terms will come as I have time to work on the page.

Well done! Very well done! May I amke an addition?
Battlefield Promotion -
When your EUA failed to clear at the 5 day, 3 day, and 1 day windows, and the agent grudgingly put you on "the list" at check-in. The agent at the gate then makes an announcement that "First Class has checked in full, and that everyone should take their assigned seats". Then, just before the door closes, the same agent pages you, and tells you that you've been upgrade. However, by this time there will be no room for your carry-on, thereby negating the benefit of being at the front of the airpalne when you reach your destination.
Priority Handling bag tags -
These plastic tags are sent to CO elite customers in order to make sure that their bags are last off the plane. This us especially effective in hub cities, where the helpful rampers go so far as to remove the tags before returning the bags to you.
E-Service centers -
Also referred to as Self-Service machines, these machines are being placed between CO customers and CO employees as much as possible. CO employees are also expected to teach customers how to use these machines, even though it means that they are making themselves obsolete. Only known upside is that one feels more secure in knowing they are truly on the upgrade list by using these machines when the EUA system fails them at the 5, 3 and 1 day windows.
feel free to rewrite as you see fit.

It might be more optimal to use existing software and data to produce this content:

Meal: World's smallest turkey sandwich hidden under this definition for flights of 2-3 hours, usually called a snack on other airlines for flights of same duration and meals of same size.
Current state of Continental's pizza(see "the pizza" and "the cheese[of the pizza"): Currently a tomato pie. Gordo is planning to turn the tomatoes to ketchup with his newest cost cutting ideas, and turn the crust to wood pulp instead of flour for his lowest paying customers, elite or not.

Yeah, but that site doesnt allow for a true FlyerTalk perspective. I nominate CBoy's site as the new official FlyerTalk representation of our feelings on CO! Anyone second that?!
