Point transfer problem.

Point transfer problem.
I cashed in 5,000 OnePass Miles for 10,000 Hilton Honors points back in the beginning of September. Well, here we are going into the 2nd week of December and the points have not posted. I emailed Continental twice in November, and have started emailing them daily(forwarding the same message). To date, I have not received a response. I have tried phoning them(tired of being put on hold) to no avail. Hilton says its Continental's problem. Is this the way that Continental normally reacts to a customer inquiry? Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I have posted points many times from Continental to Hilton. They have always made me wait 90 days (to the day), and then if the transfer has not gone through, they get the Hilton Liason involved. This individual then gets the transfer taken care of within 24 hours.

I have had feces-for-luck with e-mail to OnePass...almost universally ignored.
I'm afraid the tele is the only realistic option.
