Point transfer problem.
I cashed in 5,000 OnePass Miles for 10,000 Hilton Honors points back in the beginning of September. Well, here we are going into the 2nd week of December and the points have not posted. I emailed Continental twice in November, and have started emailing them daily(forwarding the same message). To date, I have not received a response. I have tried phoning them(tired of being put on hold) to no avail. Hilton says its Continental's problem. Is this the way that Continental normally reacts to a customer inquiry? Any ideas greatly appreciated.
