Answers to your questions:

1). Yes I would come to Houston to see CO and meet with the CEO

2). Yes I will be buying a CO ticket in the next 6 weeks - in fact I'll probably by buying 3 of them for business trips in January.

1. Doubtful because of time constraints.
2. Of course. You don't have 92 segments and in excess of 75,000 miles flown this year if one did not have any expectation of flying CO within the next 60 days!
