Victor is a nice guy.... Once there was a problem with a OnePass award I redeemed, and he called me and apologized for the problem. He managed to correct it ....and thanked me for being a CO Platinum. Definitely a class-act. ^

I met him at the Freddies and he was straight forward and quite a chap for chatting for awhile. Looking forward to the chat.

Then again, why should CP bother to come in and talk to a bunch of vultures who demand more and more freebees because they are so loyal flying those $198 transcons.

They are only buying what is offered. I thought Gordo said something to the like that if its $1600 and you need to go, you will pay $1600. On that I pay what they offer.

There's not a problem with paying what they offer. The problem comes when the vulchers demand more and more freebees, and incessantly complain about the freebees they receive from a virtually bankrupt carrier.

While this is true about the last scheduled CO appearance, I believe there was an earlier scheduled appearance where CO withdrew. Perhaps someone with a better memory can post more details on that.

As others have stated, we pay what CO prices the fares for. If they don't like what we are paying, they are free to raise the fares at anytime.

Very few FlyerTalkers "...demand more and more freebees" from CO. We are trying desperately to hold on to the "benefits" that are there now (or were there).
