Looks like it past time to rollback to the 12/4 10 pm software load. I always hate it when the rollback fails too

I was just able to login (8:09 AM PT). Of course, none of my miles posted from last week.

It's back up for me. I somehow ended up with ###.3 Elites points on the summary section on the main page. If I drill down into my detailed history it is ###.5

i am also seeing the X.3 elite points phenomenon. they obviously missed some things in a hurry to get back online. nice to know they are attempting to update things tho

So we'll have to add up our activity for the year to know if we have an extra half or not.

Don't bother calling the OPSC - "only some of our screens are working".

Per the elite line and OPSC, backlogged tickets are being issued by time of travel (ie next 24-48 hours). Flights from last Wed on haven't posted yet. Take a deep breath everyone, I'm sure by tomorrow a lot of the kinks will be worked out.

Is everyone still having trouble with the CO site or am I the only one?
Trying to change a flight and just keep running into error messages when it tries to search for new flight options.

Don't know if this is related, but I couldn't ticket an award reservation online this morning (I went through the process and received an confirmation email but it didn't have flight info; the reservation still had the "purchase" link).
I called the international reservations several hours later and apparently the agent was able to take care of that (it now shows the usual "thank you for choosing Continental..." message). It's not actually ticketed yet, but perhaps the queue is still long?
