Quick Question about $ for ER seats
If you are flying on a connecting flight and you pay for the revenue for the ER seats does it apply to both flights?
My friends are flying SFO -BOS and BOS to EWR.. They were put into the ER on the first flight but the CO rep said they couldn't get it on the second flight.
I went into her account and I was able to put her into Row 21 without a hitch. What's the right answer?

I believe that ELR (Extra Leg Room) plus ER (Emergency Row) seats are being relabeled to E+ (Economy Plus). Makes sense since they are eventually introducing E+ seating to all CO planes.

Thanks for the answer...That's what they(CO) told her. Yet, I was able to move her to 21AB without paying for it. At least i think I did. I was in her nonelite account not mine when I did it.
Could they have charged her CC? No place was I asked if I wanted to pay for the seats. I simply changed the seats and voila it was done!
Maybe this second flight on a connecting flight is a computer glitch with regard to ER purchases? I certainly hope there's no extra charges on my friend's CC on file!
