One Pass will live on for a while...
So Google announced a payment system for publishers to charge for content today. And it's called....'One Pass'
http://www.google.com/landing/onepass/
Will Jeff be sending a friendly letter their way, or do our resident esquires think Google will get away with 'One Pass' being meaningfully different than the registered trademark 'OnePass'?

Not my area of law, but there are appear to be several other "OnePass" trademarks out there:

Which led me to this lovely item:

Anyway, if I remember law school correctly, the basic test for trademark infringement is "likelihood of confusion", which I really don't see here.

You mean to tell me I won't get confused and think I can use my Valuable OnePass Miles for a subscription to an online magazine.
