How stupid is the average Philadelphian? Channel 6 felt the need to explain a one-day delay in trash pickup..."Sunday pickups are now on Monday, Monday on Tuesday, and so on."

It's the cold gods I haz offended. When it snowed, it stayed so cold continually that it never came down in the small amounts as it normally does. Two 35 degree days did me in.
