Hmm. Is that what that sound is?
I'd ask to trade-up for a newer model, but I'm not sure I could afford that.
Headline in local paper would read: Man Killed by Zamboni. Police Amused.

While this doesn't qualify for BBQ Thursday, I applaud you on the basis of a quality choice. I am stuck either going to lunch in about ten minutes, for which I am egregiously over-prepared thanks to a lack of breakfast this morning, or waiting until 2PM when I can join the his plenipotentiary-ness Starwood Lurker. Perhaps a run to the office kitchen for a small snack is in order. :-:

*sighs* I miss eating at Houston's finest truly...there was some good BBQ down there compared to the in DC... Oh well with that I bid thee farewell for lunch at the cafeteria with the industrialist collegiate slop I am accustomed to these days with a slight refinement of my palate...

So is anyone's company hiring for a position that has moderate to heavy travel involved? I'll send in my resumes.

Yep. Once I get settled and find the good local beers (dirty work, but someone's got to do it!), I'll see about putting something together.

Before kids, my wife and I would set the house at 55, then we'd open a window partially in the bedroom with the door closed and the vents off. A few times I woke up to 48° in the room.

I've been up a fair amount for work (since it's the home of the Wienermobile and its associated products). It's a pretty cool town, even if they don't know how to deal effectively with snowfall.

I've heard it compared to Austin and Boulder before, both of which I could believe.

Is your platinum companion to be with you? You know I go to bed early anyway. Actually have a 5:45 am flight out of LGA on Saturday...
