Issue with CO.com?

I bought a flight to LHR and it's not letting me select a seat no matter what browser I try. I tried it from my blackberry and same issue. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes. I chalked it up to the big note at the top of the page that says "co.com is undergoing maintenance."

I'm guessing this is in regards to the "premium seats." I'm sure it will be restored tomorrow.

I don't have that note at the top of the page but thanks!

I suspect this maintenance is related to the new program to sell extra leg room seats. I just checked in online for a flight tomorrow and I was able to select non-ELR seats, but there was just empty space (no occupied seat, no selectable seat) in place of empty seats in the ELR sections (occupied seats showed normally). Found it interesting...

I'm at FCO. Can't even check in at all, CO.COM seems to be completely down.

I was enhanced to the tune of $300.

The two flights I was trying to book during "maintenance" for IAH-EWR later this month jumped from $258 to $418 during "maintenance"

Thanks CO

And there were no other booking engines - online or offline - that you could have used???

Sure, booking with Orbitz would have cost CO more money in distribution costs but you still could have booked the tickets you wanted. There are many, many options beyond co.com for booking flights. Don't limit yourself unnecessarily and you won't have problems like this. :-:

Did you cross the 14-day "boundary"?

Also, CO tends to raise prices over the weekend.

I had a cancelled ticket that I needed to apply / change and co.com has been giving me errors on it all week. I finally had the time to call and all the numbers were unavailable.

So NO, I couldn't book through Orbitz.

All flights even outside the 14 day boundary went up by ~ $150. Outside the boundary went from $238 - $398.

I book with CO all the time, I'm not a newbie
