How does one get the Morton VIP (from PresPlus Mastercard)?

I am a somewhat recent (September) cardholder for the Presidential Plus Mastercard.

How do I get the Morton VIP membership which is touted as a benefit?

Sign up online (I don't have the URL as I'm on the road) and then Morton's is to send you info within two weeks to complete the registration. I signed up four weeks ago and have received nothing.

it's a Morton's URL, though in fairness to them I see now that it does say on the site that it will take 3-4 weeks to receive things from them.

Deleted

It came in the Fall 2009 issue of Miles Insider from Chase PP card (a 5x7 brochure). I think there was a fancy separate mailing as well.

No you don't have to enter the number, but you DO have to enter you OP number (which technically they should be able to corss verify with CO/chase)

Can someone PM me the link too.

I thought it was more of a "just show up with your card" thing.
