I only get to the DC area about once a year or less. I'm afraid I would be the last person to be arranging anything there. I am staying in the Crystal/Pentagon City area and if someone suggests a place that is accessible by Metro I can probably get there. I guess there is always the Hamlet in the underground?

I can do tomorrow, June 18th, 6:30 pm or later.
I've not been impressed by the Hamlet recently; I much prefer King Steet Blues, which is in the same Mall and is slightly closer to the Crystal City Metro Station (and accessible from the Metro stop without going outside). King Street Blues has vaguely southern cuisine, modestly priced. Often, they have a rib special, though I don't know about Wednesday night.
There are lots of restaurants in and around Crystal and Pentagon Cities. Is there a particular type of cuisine you'd prefer? I can make suggestions, but I'm really pressed for time. Maybe you could call your hotel concierge and ask for suggestions.

I will be at the Hamburger Hamlet bar in the Crystal City underground (accessible by Metro) at 6:30pm Wednesday evening, June 18. http://hamletrestaurants.com/index.php?q=happyhour.html
I hope to meet some flyertalk folks there.
