Put me down for being back in town 10-14 OCT on a UA mileage run. Eloisa will be there 25 Oct - 15 Nov. Hope we can get together then or you guys can entertain my wife (betcha don't hear that too often on FT)!:p

We have tried multiple times to invite just the +1s (without their SOs) over for events. Mysteriously, they always seem to be unable to make it. ;)

I'll be in town during that time. It'd be great to do something. Funny, we haven't been able to make it work to meet up down here, and we're practically neighbors. Have to go all the way to Alaska to see each other. :D

Was a work trip that got postponed, but since I'm on revenue tickets I just decided to keep it and will be going to New Zealand / Australia from Hawai'i. I should be in HNL on the 10th, staying with a friend down at Waiks Marina area.

Thankfully I have a hefty layover in ANC, gives me time to hit my optometrist for my annual exam & do lunch with some friends.

I booked tickets to the Alaska Railroad Great Alaska Beer Train on 10/5/13. I arrive early in the morning on 10/5 and leave the evening of 10/6. I updated the Wiki

I will miss you as I have a conference in LAS that weekend.

I enjoyed the ADQ DO so much that I'm doing a mini trip/MR to ANC next week! Will likely be free Thursday evening if anybody wants to meet up, have a very late flight out (or very early the next morning if you will). Still TBD where to go Wed/Thu.

I'm coming into ANC the 26th evening (from DFW) and leaving late 27th/early 28th morning (to PDX). Booked a night at the airport Courtyard thanks to a gift card I had.

I know its a long shot since its such a short window and I wont be leaving security. I'm arriving 11PM on Saturday the 28th at 11PM and leaving 12:35 AM on Sunday the 29th

Im cancelling my trip for this weekend. Im too worn down and now have too bad of a cold to spend what equates to 2 full days in a plane. I need to rest up for next weekends trip. Sad to lose $350 RT and now will be 4800 miles short for 1K. Oh well need to be healthy for the beer train and my MVPG requalifying flight

So...seems like we're getting together this Saturday (October 12). It's looking like it might be a BBQ at Bob W's house (he did mention that there were some pretty tempting dry-rub ribs on sale at Costco this week...). Time isn't set, but I'm sure if you plan to be over around 6ish, that should work OK. Even if the food's not done yet, there's plenty of wine to keep us occupied.

Then, on Sunday (October 13), FTer FlyinHawaiian will be in town, and we plan to meet. The venue isn't set yet, but it'll be something delicious. It'll be a bit later, likely around 8pm.
