LAX Area - Dinner July 3rd

Open to grabbing a taxi where necessary, but figured I'd ask first 
I arrive into LAX around 1:30 and will be heading to the gym thanks to aliceinsantamonica. ^ That one will be a taxi ride, but is anyone coming from that area/direction who could give me a lift to the restaurant? Around 5:30/5:45? The gym is on sepulveda b/t Santa Monica & Olympic Blvd
FIH has offered a ride back to the airport ... glex50, he has room for you too.

GoingAway-Ill be passing by the gym so I can pick you up before 6 pm as the restaurants only 3-4 miles south of the gym. I stopped by the restaurant today as I was driving by and made a reservation for July 3 @ 6 pm for 12 under Flyertalk. I dont really think we need reservations, but Veronica wanted to know now many of us there would be and wanted to make a reservation. So well have two tables inside. Their website is www.bestcubanfood.com. What a find! Wish I had time for lunch, but didnt.

Finally a Flyertalk dinner where I don't have to drive down to Manhattan Beach in the middle of the week (sorry Sharon)....down the street from my office...and I'll be out of town! Hope you guys have fun! Hopefully we can add this restaurant to the stable of FT restaurants for LAX-area dinner!

If anyone wants to order a specific flavor cupcake, look at Tuesdays column and let me know what youd like. If I dont hear from you, Ill choose. I may order the cupcakes Monday afternoon, that way I wont have to wait in line on Tuesday.

Just found out about the LAX meeting. Looks like it works for me, its like 5 miles from home . Put me in as a strong possible. I hope no travel gets inbetween.
