For the Excel Sheet, the Hotel I will stay at is the Inter Continental as well.

As far as the Dinners are concerned, due to late arrival I cannot confirm the Friday Mozaic Dinner, thus only put me down as K-1, because I will attend Saturday's Dinner for sure. If I can make it to the Mozaic, I will let you and the restaurant know.

Will update your information accordingly.
However, it is a bit more complicated for Mozaic. They are quite strict about the menus as you can see from the link. They only accept set menu orders and everyone in the same table has to order the same number of courses.
It is not a la carte. Reservation is at 2030.

The List has been continuously updated as per the posts on this thread.
However, not everyone has posted their Class of Service on the flights so I prefer to keep it as is.

2030 is only a good hour after arrival, but I need to claim bags, go to the hotel, etc.

I do not mind what I eat and that is the same as the others food. If I can make it the hotels concierge will check if you can add a chair to the table.

Under which names are the tables at both restaurants reserved ?

Where there's a will, there's a way.

FLYGVA and I will be arriving on the earlier flight that day. Perhaps we could leave the InterContinental just in time to pick you and cathaana up at the airport at ~1930 and head straight to Mosaic. Give me a few days to email the hotel and work out transportation.

I'm in!

I just booked my ticket.

M-1, K-1

I intend to stay at the Conrad. I'll book the room as soon as I receive contact information.

I'll be on both party flights SQ142 and SQ147, my first time in SQ Y class. It being low season, an OpUp is too much to hope for.

I'll be staying in SIN afterward until 1 June, so I hope to see most of you at the after-party.

Savage25, Thanks for all your help.
If we get hotel transportation to the restaurant that would safely bring my luggage back to the hotel after dropping us off at the restaurant, it should be fine. We can always take a cab back to the hotel after dinner.

Anyway, if there is no delay of the SQ flight, Cathaana and I should be at the hotel around 1940 and we can leave from there. In fact this is my preferred option.

My room at the Conrad is confirmed for both nights.

I'm thinking about burning miles for an upgrade. I have just enough to upgrade in one direction. Advice welcome.
