OAKLAND Early Dinner March 12 E & J Barbeque
DEK the host of the ME-DOs is going to be in Oakland for a few hours on an MR and we will be having dinner at Everett & Jones Barbeque at 6pm. Anyone else want to join in? All are welcome.

I am seeing a clear reason developing here to fly back and join Q lovers (the food not the continuum inhabitants) for a squaring off and judging of merits of Everett and Jones vs. Flints. Would tie in nicely with a football game I bet

It would have to be pre-game at Flints and post-game at Everett & Jones since that is where the Recap Show broadcast originates.

I'm on the fence right now. I'm on vacation all the way out to March 21, and due home this Monday (7th), but haven't decided what I'm doing next week. Might fly off somewhere on miles, might not (note: indecision here)

I believe this E and J is near/at Jack London Square - not really downtown -
ANd it looks like mr. squeakr will not be in town - he will be visiting his dad. I on the other hand must be in SF to teach on Sunday so I am a prpbable - IF
Kathy Wdrf would consider giving me a ride if she decides to attend?
