All flights arrive in the same terminal. You could meet each other after going through customs. Also, baggage can take a long time to come off the plane, so be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Our DL 144 is supposed to arrive at 9:45am.....LH flight at 9:50 according to Dovster's information post on page 1....

We should all pm our flight arrival times to Dovster for the master list so we can all see who is arriving when and the sharing possibilities.....

BTW, unless the Cholulas, Belle and Canarsie are bringing steamer trunks there should be room enough for you in their water taxi.....

Most flight arrival times are listed there (I just added DL 144). If anyone else wants to send their arrival time, please do it by e-mail. I hate PMs.

We arrive VCE at 9:49 A.M. via Lufthansa from FRA. Here is a picture of us, although I will look more tired, I will probably be wearing exactly the same glasses and jewelry--I am pretty predictable. We will both be wearing black top coats. Hunki always looks the same. We both have yellow FT tags on our roll-ons.

We are pretty excited about our very first trip to Italy and even more excitied to be sharing it with old and new FlyerTalk friends. :)

Wow! You guys don't even have to bother coming into Venice for the Meet. You can have it in the airport -- at current count, seven of you are coming in within 5 minutes of each other, on three different flights.

Thoe of you about 3 weeks away from starting your trip are undoubtedly becoming sick of seeing my countdown on all these posts.

You can not even take some solace by looking forward to the end of my posting. When I say that I "start my odyssey" I am referring only to the time I leave my house.

From here, I fly to Tel Aviv for two days and then on to FLL. I will be checking my e-mail at least once a day, probably more often, and will be free to return here to write nasties about all of you.

Lili-Dui and her sister are on that flight.....3 of us (MsEverywhere, KLC and Dedehans) on DL 144 arriving at 9:45.....we are planning to meet outside of Customs.....FT yellow tags in evidence....

Anyone want to bring a bottle of Cholula sauce? We can hold it up in the air......wave it around....

I have a Cholula T-shirt from the Boca Raton meet. I'll see if I can wear that, but might need to wear my overcoat over it. Or maybe we can stand up one of the rollaboard handles and lay the shirt across the handle.....

Do meet us outside the Customs Area....we will be waving our FT tags and MsEverywhere will artfully arrange her Cholula T shirt on the handle of one of the rollaboards..... ;)
