5000 post club! [merged threads]

We at the Air Canada forum are celebrating the entry of two of our friends into the ultra elite tier status of having posted 5,000 or more items on FlyerTalk. Blonde Bomber passed that remarkable achievement earlier this fall, while Empress achieved it yesterday. In going through a few other fora, I have only uncovered two other FTers who has achived that number of posts: our friends Catman and PremEx.

Yes, I realize that our friend doc is well past this post post, with more than double this number. But doc is unique among men, and FTers.

Have I missed anyone? [I know Ozstamps had passed this level by 50% before leaving our midst.] Anyone else getting close?

Maybe it is time for Randy to introduce a new descriptor for these souls?

Hey! When did I hit 5000? I must have just missed it.

The only time I pay attention to that number is in the Coupon Connection. Low numbers don't stop me there. I just pay attention to them there.

Shareholder, you're not far from the 5k mark yourself.

Geez.... looks like I wont be accepted into this 'exclusive' club. Maybe I should start my own 3000 Club...

But you've contributed a lot since you started! Looks like you didn't start posting till Aug last year and I still remember when you started on the SQ board.

Of course, my 3000 Club will allow special memberships to special people (bagold is a fine example)...

I suppose Randy forgot about the "Evangelist" titles, but he really should establish some form of elite tiering. Afterall, we are so status conscious...

Gaucho has a point. He would qualify for this club were there a "Fast Track to Gold/Platinum", and he could pro-rate his posts against those who have been here longer.

You're right, FewMiles, I am approaching 5K myself, but likely not until next year.

OK Clue, you'll be an FT Evangelist soon enough.

They track post numbers?

Again, if they didn't, I'd be very pleased!
