Hello. I am a 30 year old Documentary Cameraman. If I am home in New York, it usually means that I am not working. I fly all over the world to film different strange happenings in odd and often undesirable locations.

I am a Gold Medallion member with Delta, though I've recently been told by a like-minded travelling musician friend of mine, that I need to make the switch to OneWorld. I like that SkyTeam has so many routes on such a great number of Partner airlines, but I feel like the benefits are.... minimal.

Tempted to jump ship.

I am 29 years old, live in Brooklyn NY and work as a systems engineer for an advertising/marketing/PR company. I work with windows, vmware, hyperion, citrix, etc. Not much travel for work though last year was enough to get me Platinum with CO thanks to DEQM. Otherwise all leisure travel whenever I can wherever I can.

So far I've been all over Europe, South East Asia, Australia and US. Next up hopefully Japan, Brazil, Egypt and will go from there.

Per request, I am introducing myself as a new member. I work as a project Manager for a medical devices company, am 36 yrs. old and travel primarily for business, but take 1 or 2 personal trips a year as well. I am AAdvantage Platinum (should make EP this year), as well as Lufthansa Senator and Continental Gold Elite (both of which I will lose next February). Not a fan of AA, but I live in Miami so if I want to focus on one airline, that is the logical choice.

David, a New Zealander, lived in the Philippines 29 years!. In my early business life I was averaging 4.5 overseas flights per week.

Now doing courier work as a part-timer. Currently doing two flights per week Manila-Frankfurt

I'm Anthony. I live in New Zealand, near an international airport (but not a big one). I go to high school during the week but spend most of free time doing something flying-related, whether that be hanging out at the airport, flying commercially or flying lessons, etc etc.

I'm a frequent flyer with Air New Zealand (Airpoints) and Virgin Blue/Pacific Blue (Velocity), with the odd trip on Emirates.

I'm not new, but I thought I'd already done this - must be getting old!

So, a Kiwi who has lived in Thailand (and was when joining FT) and has a strong interest in aviation (for work as well as fun).

Whilst no longer behind the joystick/cyclic/yoke, I still enjoy travelling, even if I still prefer the left seat with the best view......

Active on THAI and AirNZ boards, with passing interest in QF and BA (usually to whine - BA still owes me 50 quid for a seat selection screw-up I'll never forgive).

Prepared to risk LCC, and enjoy it most when mileage and availability match to deliver a comfortable seat well forward.....but will take a $1 bargain in a heartbeat.

Occasionally a pedant with language, and always greatly enjoy an ale and a tale !!

Occupation: College Student at a major university in Central Illinois (No NOT U of I, I am not that smart:D though I will say Tony Romo went there, majoring in Finance with an Accounting Minor.
