IIRC sometime after FT adopted the no-dual-identities rule, Mr. Petersen announced an exemption for arturo and his/her alter ego.

I'm really surprised that it seems to be a much more hidden mystery, who is behind arturo. I would have thought that there are many old-timers here, which know something about him and give us some entertaining hints here. But actually there seem to be very few with real knowledge...
