ScottC and LastClass qualified for the REAL 12 countries (12 beers from 12 different countries) quest in one night. I think I qualified on a technicality (12 drinks in one night - 8 of them being a vodka concoction). ORDGuy was there, as well as AnnaS keeping us relatively inline.

Personally, as my first FT meeting, it was good fun and I hope to hang out with you guys in the future.

I just have to quit posting on FT while intoxicated...

But if everyone did that, posting would be down about 50%.

Sorry I could not join you all last night.

Technically each vodka drink would have to use vodka from a different country, but I'll let it slide. We discussed a 12 Country Challenge with 12 shots of vodka each from a different country -- the "challenge" in that case would be not to pass out.

For the record, the countries we "visited" were England, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, USA, Canada, Mexico, Austria, China, Japan and France, in that order. The USA beer was Honker's Ale, a local Goose Island brew. I thought we were trying not to end up on France, however.

Had a great time last night, folks.
