ZOOHOO! Seattle rocks. We're all here (well all of us that matter anyway) in mjm's room at the hotel "mo-NA-co" drinking champagne and having a good time in general!

Hmmm.... some of us decided that we "mattered" enough that a good night's sleep was in order after all the champagne we consumed earlier in the evening.

I am afraid I am the ultimate party pooper. After a long hard week at work and a lovely relaxing sail on the Sound last night, I went home to rest a bit and fell promptly asleep until 2:00 a.m. I guess I still haven't totally recovered from my overfull last weekend followed by awakening last Monday at 1:00 am, PST, flying back home, and working hard the rest of the day/week. Or on the other hand maybe I am just getting old.

Hunki has just taken off for the morning sail and I will hook up with the crew in a few hours. Wishing everyone a clear and happy head this morning.

Gang, I'm sorry that I will miss it. I had arrangements to make here due to my partner herself being away and by the time I was able to do it, it is too late to RSVP for the Desert Fire, which by the above message appears to be a closed function.
Shareholder, it would have been a pleasure. We've endured a couple on another forum and I've learned from you.
Ozstamps, Glen, I appreciated your invite and would have sought you out.

I just noticed today while looking in Apollo that there are some changes that will be affecting us all, and I don't think that they are going away. I checked a few city pairs within the US and found all Saturday night stays GONE as well as NO MINIMUMS and NO MAXIMUMS on roundtrips. [In some cases, a 1-day minimum.] Effectively the major carriers have gone low-fare.

So here we are at the Chateau St. Michelle winery awaiting our 3:00 pm tour with Kremmen & kdbab64. We've left a few back at the Red Hook Brewery & some have gone ahead of us on the 2:30 pm tour. It's stinkin' hot & we're gretting hosed on booze in the heat. Sorry y'all can't be here but them's the break's. You snooze, you lose!

More to follow later...

Cheers. Dogstar.

definitely, I'll happily take anyone with a costco card to the costco on 4th ave s for
a nice varied brunch.

and..... you get to ride in the not so furry bassetmobile for additional pleasure. There will be no bonus miles or q-mile accrual for the ride.

Change your phone number.

Can we call if we're not drunk?

The only thing I've seen about Sunday's brunch timing is "TBA". ... Is there any particular time anyone has in mind for that?
