Oregon Wines? Dan, you must have confused this with the PDX Brew Fest thread. We also tolerate wine, scotch, whiskey, rum, tequila (need I go on) drinkers there.

dan,

I think you are looking for Esquin. I have two different addresses for them. I had an address of 1516 First Ave. South, but their site now lists a different address.

Very nice wine shop with a good newsletter.

Yup, Esquin is on 4th Ave, right across the street from the post office mail sorting facility parking lot (large parking structure) and not too far from the baseball field. Their selection is outstanding.

Somebody call? I'm busy over on Priceline & BiddingForTravel still trying to get the great hotel deal!

dogstar et al that may not have booked rooms yet this thread may unlock a minor mystery.

Seems the Elliot Grande Hyatt may be gettable at $40 on PL by bidding as 3*?
</font>
Nope, still a 4*. I've been bidding upwards of $70 & mixing up the dates to no avail thus far. I won't be beat yet!

I'm moving to Connecticut during the second weekend in August, so I won't be in SEA for the event.

Doesn't look like rooms are getting any cheaper... rejected on Priceline at $99 for a 4* and $70 for a 3* for Friday and Saturday

Missy,

How and when would you like payment for the meal? I was re-reading the thread and realised I haven't settled up with you yet.

Cheers,
Matt

Hey,

I just checked the Safeco Field website to see where our seats are located. I remembered Missy saying we were in the outfield. Well, she was right. The seats are in left-center. That will be a great place to catch
Yankee home run balls.
