MattWald, I'm sorry, but I will not be needing a ride from Portland to SEA on sunday.

Gaucho100K Jul 24, 2002 6:27 am

Chex, whats going on....?

kokonutz Jul 24, 2002 12:13 pm

Pullin' a George, eh?

"Pullin' a George, eh?"

Ahhh.. Posted even before you knew he was backing out. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Well, with George pulling a george too I can find no reason to take that 2:30pm sunday flight out of SEA anymore, so switched to the 11:30 PM redeye.

So the question now is, who needs to be back in SEA when? I.e., do we hang out in PDX for a second morning/afternoon of brewfest, or head up to SEA in the morning as planned and then hang out in SEA that afternoon/evening.

Ah, decisions, decisions.

I012609 Jul 25, 2002 11:40 am

I'm only a one-way on this trip (SEA-PDX) as I'm flying out of PDX on Sunday, but I will be around all day Sunday...the question is whether or not I will be able to get back on that horse and drink again on Sunday!

kokonutz Jul 25, 2002 11:43 am

Just read the hangover thread and you'll be juuuuuust fine..

Dearest I012609... we (geo1004, kokonutz, beckles and I) faced this exact same quandry last year. We had anticipated a 11am departure from the Rose City... well, somehow we didn't leave until 4... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/eek.gif

Gaucho100K Jul 25, 2002 12:31 pm

All this is just flying over my head... who is gonna be where and who is not going to make it to which location when or not until what time in the company of exactly whom...

er.... those that make sense... (?????)

Yo, senor Groucho. Just go to Seattle tomorrow. Call my cellphone when you land. I will direct you to my location and the fun begins....

kokonutz Jul 25, 2002 1:06 pm

And there is PLENTY of room the RV now, unless you REALLY want that Navigator...

auh2o Jul 25, 2002 1:46 pm

RV! RV! RV!

Who is stocking it with beer for Friday night -assuming Koko I and I can even find the RV after 5.5 hours boozing on UA.

Matt - should we see if the nice ladies at the IAD 1K room will have the plane stocked with extra Miller Lite for you? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Hey Gaucho, if I can I'd like to catch a ride with you downtown ... my flight gets in a little later than yours (9:43 PM). Email me your cell phone number if you don't mind, and I'll call you when I land ... we could probably just meet at Hertz and be on our way.
