For those interested in drinks, they'll probably be elsewhere. The Tied House is relatively close to the Shark Tank and may be convenient for those intersted.

I'm definitely interested in drinks after dinner as I would love to meet up with Rudi and Scott later.

Einar and I would like to join everyone on Thurs, Mar 28 - dinner? drinks? Tied House is good. Are we assuming that we are not all driving to Los Gatos Brewing Company for drinks but are staying close to the arena? What time would you think the Sharks will let out? It has been a long time since I went to a Sharks game.

Keep me posted and put us on the list.

I had a really good time at the SF dinner last night. Thanks, kluau, for getting us all together.

I'd like to join you all for the SJ dinner, as well. My partner and I will be flying into SFO that afternoon from Australia, so we might be too tired to make it. But with a nap, who knows?

Have we firmed up an after-dinner/after-hockey place for responsibly consumed adult beverages yet?

I think I'll let Rudi make the call if he comes off the slopes in Tahoe (to which I say... I'm SOOOOOOOO jealous! because that is my favorite place on earth).

After Dinner Drinks with Rudi info.

On Saturday I mentioned to Rudi that the Tied House would be a convient place to meet up, so we are going to meet up there. I'm guessing that those who want to meet up with Rudi can plan on it being around 9:45 PM-10 PM or earlier if the Sharks/Avalanche game ends earlier. It's a short walk from the Shark Tank and AP Stumps

Okay... looks like I'll now finish up about 6 pm so I'm going to run and check into my hotel.

Quick question... is there a possibility of getting "easy" public transportation from the Sheraton San Jose to downtown and then back to the hotel? How much would a cab be?

I would love to be able to return the car tonight and not deal with it in the morning!

TG, you can take the hotel shuttle to the airport and then catch the VTA #10, which will drop you off at the Metro Light Rail Station. Then you can take the Light Rail and get off at Santa Clara street. AP Stumps and Tied House are both within walking distance. It's $1.25 for a single ride and $3.00 for a day pass. The #10 shuttle is free. I just called the Sheraton San Jose and the airport shuttle runs from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. I think Rudi has a car and wouldn't mind dropping you off on his way back to the SFO Marriott.

Bummer that I didn't see this earlier - I've been out of the board for a little while.
Well, I am not far from the Tied House so I'll swing on by.

I can also drop people off as long as its not too late-I'm up early tomorrow (whatever
