I just spoke to Jill's son.

Jill is still in ICU and can not take calls and/or visitors. She is conscious and speaking a bit. Surgery is still scheduled for tomorrow.

I asked him to tell her that all of us were pulling for her the next time he speaks with her.

He has promised to call me if there's any change.

The address listed in the post above (WakeMed, 3001 New Bern Ave, Raleigh, NC 27610)is the correct address if you want to send her flowers.

My thoughts and prayers are will Jill and her family right now for a speedy recovery.

For those who wish to send flowers, few hospitals will allow flowers in the ICU because of contamination reason so I would send cards first and hold off on the flowers until she is moved to a ward bed.

If anyone can keep us posted on when she moves out from the ICU to a regular hospital bed it would be greatly appreciated.

Just adding my thoughts and hope surgery goes well tomorrow. Have received several "off line" messages over the past weeks from Jill about FT posts, so I know she really cares about this community, and we certainly do care about her.

Stuart, Where is the Anurism? The Brain?

Poor Jill, I'm absolutely distraught. This year has not been very kind to her. she really did not need this. On can only speculate how much all the stress has contributed to this.

Roy and I are very upset. Please keep us updated.

Thanks

Paul
