Calling London FT'ers
I will be in London Friday Nov 9th till the 13th.
Is there some FT folks who would like to meet over lunch, dinner or a drink.
I am there researching a story idea I'm working on.
The two main places I want to see are, The Tower of London and the British Museum.
I will try to catch a play or two also while I'm there.
Let me know if you are interested in meeting.
Thanks,
Frank

TANSTAASFL - but if you work it right, FF miles comes pretty close.

Sorry to miss you, since I'm going through CDG, but you may catch some other FT'ers returning from the PIP II who are connecting through London.
PS- the PIP II in Cannes are: Nov 7-11, 2001

Mauld,
I know. I wanted to go down for that, but I need to make the best use of London while I am there.

If you like Noel Coward, you might check out the "Private Lives" revival in the West End (w/Alan Rickman et al). I really enjoyed it (thought Ronald Harwood's new play "Mahler's Conversion" was pretty mediocre, though)
cheers,
Irene

Frank,
Unfortunately I can't be in London that week but, if my plans change, I'll let you know - it would be fun to meet some FTers at last.
Incidentally, just out of curiosity, which restaurant have you and Paul decided on?
