"PremEx Envy" was coined in FT Chat by CameraGuy and had been used quite a while before the thread on the message board.
When CG replied in that thread, his response was tongue-in-cheek.

Studley, thanks for the compliment. Idea came while singing some Sinatra in the shower during a HHonors "maid run"- this is where you go and unmake a bed in a different Hilton hotel each night in the same city. 
Chexfan, I loved that, ghettojet! However, not a favorite quote, I will have to say that you persuaded me to fly and eventually become Gold on USAir by teaching me about SWUs. Before that, I was afraid to fly USScare!
