I made it into the City from the Newark Airport at 10pm Thursday night, greeted by light rain (thankyou, United, for the 2 1/2 hour delay).
I'm at an Easy Everything internet cafe on 42nd St between 7th and 8th. Right now 42 mins for $1. Just enough time to check mail and FlyerTalk before I head down and meet Magic111 at the Hilton Millenium. Weather is on the cool side ride now, but not raining.

Friday was a great day to tour NYC.
I headed out at 11 with Magic111, and we hit the Staten Island Ferry, had a hot dog from a street vendor, visited the South Street Seaport, went on the New York Stock Exchange tour and saw the trading floor, walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, and then trained over to 34th St for quick visits by the Empire State Building, Macys, and then by train again down to Rockefeller Center, a quick pop into the NBC store, over to St. Patricks, and then off to Idlewild for drinks.
Had bright blue skies with miles and miles of visibility. Great day to be walking around the City. Hope it holds today for the Brooklyn tour, about to get underway in an hour. Looks good so far.

Today's been a beautiful day in New York in Midtown. A little windy but Mother Nature definitely co-operated and snow is nowhere to be seen.
Just a few splashes of rain, nothing to complain about.

For those of you who WANTED snow, you should have stayed an extra day. It's been snowing all morning, although it's only sticking on the grass (and yes, we have grass in NY). So really it's just a wet, grey, nasty, cold, disgusting day.

We may have missed the snow for the Catman Do Trois weekend, but let there be no doubt there was snow when I headed out of Manhattan this morning (Monday). Even had to be deiced at EWR while snow was still coming down. Fortunately, only delayed about 30 minutes getting out of there.

I'm sure glad I didn't see the warning about snow before I left - I brought quite good clothes for the weather in NYC, actually.

Second Tom911's comments. Kempis .. you flew out a day early! Actually whilst there was quite a decent dusting of snow in the morning when we were at the Guggenheim, it was fine late afternoon Monday, and we went up top World Trade Center tower and there was clear skies and excellent visibility. Talk abut 3 seasons in one day!
