Randy,

This New Yorker would gladly yield his coveted dinner reservation at the Catman DO if you were serious. Not that I want to but afterall, you are the boss.
(I'd sneak in anyway and share with Markbach).

Regards,
Dan

Would an early dinner at Legal Seafoods in DCA fit everyone's schedule?

I just noticed that the title of the thread and that he says the 23rd is his departure date, but his post says othing about his plans the evening of the 22nd. I was thinking the 22nd was his departure date (maybe because it is mine???).

So what about the evening of the 22nd?

Randy, I'm free both days, so count me in. How late is your flight out on Friday?

If your serious about seeing the cherry blossoms, the prediction (as of 3/16) for the peak this year is 3/31 through 4/5. Here's the link in case they update it:
http://www.nps.gov/nacc/cherry/updated.htm

If you can still have it in you after all the disciplinary actions you've been forced to take on FT lately, you may want to ask Marriott if they have any information about the rumored changes to their 200k award #713. If it's true, maybe you could lobby for some reasonable advance notice that gives people a chance redeem under the current rules. See: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum63/HTML/000643.html

I arrive into DCA on 3/22 at 7:25PM. I'd be interested in dropping by any event on Thursday night or something during the day on Friday.

I'll be free Thurs night as well, and won't be flying to the CMD3 until Sat am. Keep us posted, Randy!

Oops. I'm not exactly free Thursday night. Maryland plays Georgetown at 7:55. Unless we get together at a sports bar

Go Terps!

Well, we've got a plan. If you have the time to meet up, FlyerTalkers and their associates can meet up with me on Thursday night from 4:30 to around 7 at Red Sage in DC. (605 Fourteenth Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005, (202) 638-4444)

On Friday, I think we'll have a second chance to get together at National Airport at the Samuel Adams Brewhouse in Terminal A (WorldBanker tells me they have a 5 beer sampler for $6) from 3:30 til around 4:45 when I have to dash for my 5 pm Delta flight.

Hope this works for any of you and feel free to pass along to other FTers in the area. For me it will be quite an honor to thank you in person for all your contributions to FlyerTalk.
