Two more of those usual suspects have air to BC. Time to see what WestJet has to offer. Request that nomadic.relief mark us down as definite.

If Beckoa is coming someone needs to advise Chinatown to order in a few extra semi-trailer loads for him to haul home

I am much more concerned about the downtown/underground Costco getting cleaned out.

Wiki should be up by the weekend, with an Eventbrite signup likely in July.

I'm tempted. How much notice do you need? I tend not to book my YVR flights until check-in is open. Or in that one case, after check-in had closed already.

LOL yes, I know there are a few "unreliable sorts" who have expressed interest, but who will be iffy right until the very last second possible!

I will be posting some form of registration around July to get a reasonable idea of number of participants. After that there will likely be a cap placed on some activities due to venue limits or feasibility of excessively large groups. But as with anything like this, presumably there will be last minute drop outs, so the possibility of squeezing one or two extra people in last minute is not unreasonable.

That was a once in your lifetime experience and anyone trying to turn the plane around will be thrown into the propeller of said plane,

I think I've booked all my flights to/from the Do. Arriving from SFO on Thursday 13th, staying at the Hampton Inn on points (5 nights for the price of 4) and departing on Tuesday 18th.

I have booked flights as well. What part(s) of town should we be hunting for lodging?
