I'm tempted. How much notice do you need? I tend not to book my YVR flights until check-in is open. Or in that one case, after check-in had closed already.

I will be posting some form of registration around July to get a reasonable idea of number of participants. After that there will likely be a cap placed on some activities due to venue limits or feasibility of excessively large groups. But as with anything like this, presumably there will be last minute drop outs, so the possibility of squeezing one or two extra people in last minute is not unreasonable. ;) |
