Guests are encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert or their favorite libations to share with the group. Post here if you plan to bring anything and I will add it to the menu.
People can show up as early as 3 PM to help prep the dinner which will happen around 7 PM. Traditionally this goes until the sun starts coming up again for those that want to sit by the fire pit and hang out.
See you soon!!

Mark me as tentative. I found saver space (w/ 5 hour layover in ATL) Saturday on the way over (arriving just before 7PM) but nothing under 30K on the return. I grabbed it but I'll keep looking to see if the return comes down. If It doesn't I'm going to cancel.

Well, my dh cannot get the time off, city is too busy (bleh!) But, count me in. I am excited about this Question though, I am booking one of the Hilton properties near Seward Hwy, is there Uber or Taxi to the event location?

In it's infinite wisdom (read the taxi companies own our city council), Uber is not allowed in Anchorage. Taxis are plentiful and not very expensive. $25 or so from my place to the airport, depending on traffic. Very early morning trips should be a bit less expensive since there will be less traffic.
