My biggest complaint about the 4P is that it's 15 minutes away from the location where you'd then leave to go anywhere. Most of our stops are either in the city center, or south or west of it, while the 4P is way northeast.
I have it on my calendar but right now a lot of things have to break right for it to work out.

I am certainly willing to consider other hotels. Main reason for Four Points is low SPG redemption.
A look at Expedia shows there are not too many bargains during that weekend. Extended Stay, maybe, at around $70 as I recall.
Days Inn around $64 (cheaper with a bit of a drive) and there may be Wyndham meeting planner points available, the value of which I would distribute somehow to the group.
Wonder if we could rent a big house on AirBNB or similar.

put me down as a "maybe" again this year. i am possibly relocating to STL by this time, so if that actually transpires, i will be quite likely to show up with the relatively easy drive or short flight.
