Spent the night at the Nairobi airport. Not a bad place to overnight, with several restaurants, coffee shops and shopping shops outside security. Now, on to Mogadishu.

In HNL..I think Perhaps a Mai Tai will help clear things up

Not sure if my FT & I are sharing he same time zones but if my guess is correct I'm sorry I missed HVR in NYC & hope he/she is enjoying the visit.

I spent the few Sat hours I was in NYC getting reacquainted with my bed after the flight from FCO and before heading back out to HNL.

Met up with Yozithezit last night here in BKK which was great.

Someone pointed me to this thread after I posted the following topic:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/travelbuzz/1721030-website-ask-where-people-flying-why.html#post25649019

I went through some of the original replies and it is somewhat similar to what I have in mind but I am not sure if it answers the question of 'why'?

While it is nice to know where you are flying to, I am more interested to know the answer of 'why'

If you are flying to New York, why? Is it to attend a concert? See the new WTC? Run a marathon.

If this thread addresses the 'why' question as well, please let me know , otherwise I would love to open a new thread.

I'm in Khalda which is a district of Amman, Jordan at the moment. Why? Well, why not. I'm in the process of relocating here for a time, though looks like my new job will be split between Istanbul and Amman. I'm heading to Britain on Saturday to close up there for a few weeks. So, I go for no reason, just following a dream and my nose. Sorry I can't be more helpful woodbridgeflyer.

Btw, is that Woodbridge in Suffolk?
