Tampa area. Flew into PIE on the inaugural Allegiant flight from RDU. Having dinner in St. Pete then staying at the Sheraton Suites TPA.

You are on the inaugural Allegiant flight to TPA while most who do that sort of thing are over domg the AA 787 debut.

Well yeah, I could fly the first flight by a new airline out of my home airport for $61 down and $108 back. Or I could spend close to $1000 to fly the AA 787. The choice was pretty obvious.

I agree, but probably not the way you mean. Allegiant is at the top of my personal "no fly" list.

I shall be staying up for the election results with a bottle of red wine in my home in Yorkshire. Don't think I'll last until TV coverage finishes at 6 am but hopefully the result will be known by about 4 ish.

Probably won't be too productive tomorrow ... trying to make up for that today.
